Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale has signed a contract extension with the North London club.
The England international has been impressive since his arrival at the Emirates from Sheffield United in 2021, establishing himself as a key figure in the team’s setup.
With Ramsdale’s previous terms set to expire in 2025, the new agreement ensures his stay at Arsenal until 2026, with the club maintaining the option to extend the deal for an additional year, as per information gathered by the reliable PA news agency.
Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta said: “We’re all so happy that Aaron has signed a new contract.

“The way Aaron has developed over the past two years has been exceptional, with his performances, contribution, and overall adaptation to the club.

Ramsdale has made 39 appearances for Arsenal this season and kept 15 clean sheets in all competitions.
