Saliba’s absence during the 2022/23 season due to a back injury had a noticeable impact on Arsenal’s performance. The team struggled without him, winning only five of the 11 Premier League matches in which he was unavailable. His return will be crucial for Arteta’s plans to maintain a young and talented core within the squad.
