West Ham climb out of relegation zone with 4-0 win over Nottingham Forest

West Ham climbed out of the English Premier League relegation zone with a 4-0 win over Nottingham Forest on Saturday.

Danny Ings scored twice on his first start for West Ham, finding the net twice in three second-half minutes to lift his new team out of the bottom three.

Declan Rice added a curling third and Michail Antonio rounded off the win for manager David Moyes. All the goals came in the final 20 minutes after a cagey first 70 between two goal-shy sides.

Forest showed little ambition, but did have chances through Felipe and Morgan Gibbs-White.

The Hammers survived a penalty shout and a change in goal when Lukasz Fabianski was replaced by Alphonse Areola.

West Ham looked like a side with goals in it for the first time this season, securing a much-needed win.
