‘Chelsea and Ivorian, match made in heaven’, Fans optimistic as Blues sign David Datro Fofana

Chelsea confirmed the signing of 20-year-old Ivorian striker David Datro Fofana from Molde on Saturday, January 7, 2023.

Fofana becomes Chelsea’s third signing of the January window, following the signings of Benoit Badiashile(21) and Andrey Santos(18) from Monaco and Vasco da Gama respectively.

The move signals Chelsea’s intent to strengthen their first team squad with talented youngsters.
