The Plateau State Contributory Healthcare Management Agency says has just trained staff on enterprise resource development and strategic communication to achieve its mandate to better equip them for better productivity.
The Director-General of PLASCHEMA, Dr. Fabong Jemchang, said this on Tuesday in Jos, noting that the essence of the training was to also intimate staff with the mandate, goals and objectives of the new department.
He described the department as the ‘brain and think tank’ of the agency saddled with the responsibility of policy innovation, carrying out research works, planning and training of staff to improve their capacity.
Mr. Nathaniel Dashe, one of the trainees, said the training was apt as he now has a better understanding of the mandate of the department.
Mrs. Dashuwar Shapret, another trainee, thanked the agency for the training, noting that it would enable them to get acquainted with the goals, objectives and expectations of the department.
